An Innovative and Clinically Proven Approach that Integrates the SI, Symphysis
Pubis, and Lumbar Spine
We are dedicated to meeting the educational needs of clinicians who treat patients with lumbo pelvic dysfunction.
Developed by a practicing physical therapist, Jerry Hesch, MHS, PT, after studying the literature and applying it to thousands of patients over 30 years of clinical practice, the technique integrates
• the lumbar spine,
• the hip, and
• the pelvis,
and is approachable for both the inexperienced clinician and the advanced manual therapist.
The technique is taught in a two-day format, and attendees return to the clinic
immediately able to successfully treat more than 80% of the clients they
encounter with SIJD.
I attended your course in Jacksonville, Florida, several years ago (2002), and it
changed my practice.
